SFEAD #2

Chase Jarvis has been doing some real cool work lately with his project Songs for Eating and Drinking. He just posted his second set of videos from the event with Seatle's underground music scene. So check out this short featuring Macklemore and his Air Jordans.

ZOMG! ROXXORZ!

yeah, so due to sooooo many recent leaks of rumors about a new camera from Nikon, they went ahead and released it. Welcome, the D90.

Designed for the Advanced Amateur, and tested by Professionals (mainly the Seattle based Chase Jarvis) this camera is looking to be pretty freakin' sweet. If you've ever talked to me in the last year or so about new Nikon cameras, you know that I'm impressed by the D3 and D300 (in fact I would probably kill for either), and I strongly - I mean strongly dislike the D40(x) and D60. This is different

This is the D90.

Songs for Eating and Drinking

Okay, so this is like the coolest project I've ever heard of - here is just one short clip from Chase Jarvis and Michael Hebb's newest project: Songs for Eating and Drinking

"Throw some big-time musicians around a table with some amazing up and comers, feed 'em like kings and queens, and what do you get? You get some stunning musical performances and a bunch of honest and richly textured video--like this one above--where Stone Gossard of Pearl Jam and Barb Ireland cover "Cool Water" by Hank Williams."
